The twin room offered a comfy stay, but some furnishings felt a bit cramped. I also had to wait longer than I’d liked for breakfast on one occasion, which was challenging due to an early appointment at the Embassy. Staff were courteous and quick to help, especially arranging transportation. Overall, a positive experience with a few areas to improve on.

Additionally, the lack of soundproofing in my room made for an uncomfortable stay. I could hear the television from the adjacent room and even someone's coughing. The towels provided were also below par, feeling rough and having an off smell, which is not what I expected.

The location of the Az Hotel is fantastic, situated conveniently near various attractions and eateries, making exploration very easy.
